Returns & Exchanges

At Zirconia Rings, we want you to love your jewelry. If your purchase isn't quite right, we're happy to help with a return or size exchange.

30-Day Returns

We accept returns requested within 30 days of the date your order is delivered. To qualify for a return, your jewelry must be in its original condition, unworn, and free from damage caused after delivery. Please include the original packaging whenever possible.

Free Returns

We offer free return shipping on eligible U.S. orders. To start a return, email hello@zirconia-rings.com with your order number and the item you wish to return. Once your request is approved, we'll provide instructions and a prepaid return shipping label. Please do not send merchandise back without contacting us first.

Free Ring Size Exchanges

If your ring doesn't fit as expected, we offer free size exchanges, subject to availability. Contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the size you need.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the refund status. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery. Include your order number and photographs of the issue so we can assist you promptly.
