We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders for legitimate reasons, including product unavailability, suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, or errors in product information. If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will issue a refund for the canceled amount.

3. Product Information and Appearance

We take care to describe and photograph our jewelry as accurately as possible.

However, slight differences in color, finish, or appearance may occur due to screen settings, lighting, photography, and normal manufacturing variations.

Our jewelry may feature cubic zirconia, natural, lab-created and simulated gemstones, sterling silver, plated metals, and other materials, as identified in individual product listings.

Cubic zirconia and simulated gemstones are not natural diamonds or natural gemstones. Please review each product's description and specifications before purchasing.

We may correct product descriptions, specifications, images, or other information when errors are discovered.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices displayed on our website are in U.S. dollars unless otherwise indicated.

We reserve the right to change product prices and promotions without prior notice. Price changes will not affect orders we have already accepted.

Applicable sales taxes, if any, are calculated during checkout.

Payment must be completed using one of the payment methods offered at checkout. Payment processing is handled through Shopify and its supported payment providers.

5. Free Shipping and Delivery

We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States, with no minimum purchase required.

Orders are generally processed and shipped from our warehouse within 2 business days after an order is placed.

Standard delivery is estimated at 3–5 business days after shipment, for an estimated total of 3–7 business days from order placement.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.

Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Weather, carrier disruptions, holidays, and other circumstances beyond our control may occasionally cause delays.

Once your order ships, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.

6. Free Returns and Exchanges

We want you to shop with confidence. That's why Zirconia Rings offers free, no-questions-asked returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery.

If you change your mind, need a different ring size, or prefer another style, simply email hello@zirconia-rings.com within 30 days after your order is delivered.

We will provide a free prepaid return shipping label and instructions for returning your jewelry.

Once we receive and process an eligible return, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Your financial institution may require additional time to post the refund.
