30-Day Returns & Exchanges

If you're not completely delighted with your purchase, you can exchange it for another size or style, or return it for a refund.

Simply email hello@zirconia-rings.com within 30 days of receiving your order to request a return or exchange.

We'll send you a free prepaid return shipping label so you can send your jewelry back without paying for return shipping.

How to Return or Exchange Your Ring

1. Email Us: Contact hello@zirconia-rings.com within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and let us know whether you'd prefer an exchange or a refund.

2. Get Your Free Return Label: We'll email you a prepaid shipping label. Print it, securely package your jewelry, and attach the label to your package.

3. Send It Back: Drop your package off with the shipping carrier indicated on your return label.

4. We'll Take Care of the Rest: Once your return arrives and is processed, we'll arrange your exchange or issue your refund.

Free Ring Size Exchanges

Sometimes the perfect ring just needs a different size.

If your ring doesn't fit quite right, we'll gladly help you exchange it for another available size at no additional shipping cost.

Simply contact us within 30 days of delivery, and we'll provide a prepaid return label to make your size exchange easy.

Refunds

Prefer a refund instead? That's perfectly fine, too.

Once we receive and process your returned jewelry, we'll issue your refund to your original payment method.

Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the credit to your account.

Return Packaging

To help your return arrive safely, please package your jewelry securely and include any original packaging and accessories when available.
